Service terms
1. Who these terms are with
ReconKing is the service name. These terms are between you and Relentless Nature, at 2150 Ainaola Drive, Hilo, HI 96720, United States. In these terms, “ReconKing,” “we,” and “us” mean that seller.
2. Who may use ReconKing
You must be at least 18 years old, be allowed to act for the business, and use ReconKing for a business in the United States. The service is not for personal, family, or household use.
3. What ReconKing does
ReconKing helps you organize business facts, rank opportunities, prepare work, and record results. You enter or approve the facts. You review every suggested response and take each outside action yourself. ReconKing does not promise sales, growth, leads, grants, contracts, or revenue.
You can save a website address, but automated website scanning is currently off. A future website check would need your permission and would read only public pages.
4. Your account
Give correct account and business information. Protect your password and device. Tell us at once if you think someone used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the law says otherwise.
5. Price and renewal
ReconKing is sold as monthly Find & Match plans. Starter is $49 per month and includes one daily report with up to 10 qualified opportunities. Growth is $99 per month and includes one daily report with up to 25 qualified opportunities. Pro is $179 per month and includes one daily report with up to 50 qualified opportunities. Growth may be labeled Most Popular. There is no one-time signup fee.
Active subscribers may buy one-time Search Boosts when offered: up to 10 additional qualified opportunities for $9 one time, up to 25 for $19 one time, or up to 50 for $34 one time. Search Boosts do not renew and are not automatic overages. If a completed Search Boost returns zero qualified opportunities, ReconKing restores the credit.
New Starter, Growth, and Pro subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial. Stripe collects a payment method when the trial starts. No plan subscription charge is due during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the selected monthly plan price when the 3-day trial ends and the subscription then renews each month until canceled. Stripe shows the selected plan, renewal terms, and applicable tax before the trial starts. ReconKing does not guarantee leads, sales, customers, revenue, or responses.
Plan access or Search Boost credits change only after ReconKing confirms the signed Stripe billing event. Reply Assistant, Flex/custom pricing, annual pricing, enterprise pricing, and larger Search Boosts are not offered unless separately published.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel online at any time through Billing. If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, the first subscription charge is not made. Cancellation after a paid period starts stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the current paid billing period. You may instead ask support to end access at once. An immediate end does not create a refund unless the refund rule below or the law says it does.
7. Refunds
You may ask for a full refund of your entire first subscription payment within seven calendar days after that payment. Email support@reconking.online from the account email and say that you want the first-payment refund. When we grant the full first-payment refund, we cancel the subscription and paid access ends at once. You can still sign in to download your data or delete the account. Later renewals and one-time purchases are not refundable, except for a billing error, a zero-result Search Boost credit restoration, or when the law requires a refund. Taxes are handled as the law requires.
8. Your content and work
You keep ownership of the business facts and content you enter. You give us permission to store, process, copy, and show that content only as needed to run, protect, and support ReconKing. You must have the right to use everything you enter.
You are responsible for checking the facts, scores, suggested responses, legal rules, website rules, and final business choices. Do not rely on ReconKing as legal, tax, accounting, credit, or financial advice.
9. Safe use
Do not use ReconKing for spam, fake identities, false claims, harassment, illegal acts, harmful software, private-data collection, bypassing access rules, or harm to another person or system. Do not try to break, copy, resell, overload, or discover the service’s private code. Do not share one account outside the business that owns it.
10. Service changes and access
This is an early product. It may have mistakes or downtime, and features may change. We will try to give notice before a major change. We may limit or pause access to fix a safety problem, follow the law, handle nonpayment, or stop misuse. If practical, we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue first.
11. Download and deletion
You can download your workspace from the Account page. You can delete the account after the subscription ends. If you need access to end sooner, ask support for immediate cancellation. Some billing, tax, support, security, backup, and deletion-proof records stay for the limited times in the privacy notice.
12. No guarantee
We will use reasonable care to run the service. We cannot promise that it will always be available, have no errors, or fit every business. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” These terms do not take away a right that the law says you cannot give up.
13. Disputes and Hawaii law
Please contact support first so we can try to solve a problem. Hawaii law applies to these terms. Any court case about these terms or ReconKing must be filed in a state or federal court that serves Hawaii County, Hawaii, unless the law requires another place. These terms do not require arbitration. Each side keeps any right to a judge or jury that the law provides.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new date and give notice before an important change takes effect. The new terms apply going forward. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
15. General rules
If one part of these terms cannot be used, the rest still applies. A delay in using a right does not give up that right. You may not give the account or these terms to someone else without our written permission. We may move these terms if the business is sold or joined with another business. We will give proper notice and keep your data protected.
