Who runs ReconKing

ReconKing is the service name. The seller is Relentless Nature. Its public mailing address is 2150 Ainaola Drive, Hilo, HI 96720, United States. You can email support@reconking.online.

Who the service is for

ReconKing is for people age 18 or older. They must use it for a business in the United States. It is not for children or home use.

Information we collect

  • Account details: We keep your email and business name. We keep your password in a protected form. We also keep the date and version of the terms you accept.
  • Workspace details: We keep the business facts, goals, and offers you enter. We also keep your website address, opportunities, work, notes, results, and receipt or invoice IDs.
  • Billing details: We keep Stripe customer and subscription IDs. We also keep payment status, billing dates, and payment-event records. Stripe receives card details. ReconKing does not store full card numbers.
  • Support details: We keep the subject and message you send. We also keep your account email, our reply, and status notes.
  • Safety details: We keep sign-in, login, and abuse-control records. We also keep device and network details sent with a request. We keep a record of key account actions.

How we use information

We use this data to create and protect your account. We use it to run your workspace, rank your work, and make reports. We also use it to bill you, answer support requests, stop abuse, fix problems, and follow the law. We do not use it to make choices about jobs, credit, housing, insurance, or other legal rights.

Website addresses and checks

During the initial launch, you may save a website address. ReconKing does not currently perform automated site scans. If checks are added in the future, you will be asked to confirm permission first. We will check only public pages. We do not use website passwords, bypass access rules, or visit private networks.

Cookies

The ReconKing app needs one sign-in cookie. It keeps you signed in and helps protect your account. The public site runs on WordPress.com. It may use its own necessary cookies under its privacy terms.

Who receives information

We share only what is needed to run the service. Current service providers include Render for app hosting. Neon holds the database. Stripe handles billing. Resend sends email. Google holds the support inbox. GitHub stores encrypted backups and runs uptime checks. WordPress.com runs the public site, domain, and email forwarding. Each provider has its own service and privacy terms.

We may share data when the law requires it. We may also share it to protect a person or the service. If the business is sold or joins another business, we may share data with the new owner. We will give proper notice and keep the data safe.

We do not sell your workspace data. We do not let one customer see another customer's workspace.

How long we keep information

  • Active account and workspace: We keep them while the account is active. We remove them when you delete the account, unless this notice says a record must stay.
  • Unpaid, inactive account: We send notice before cleanup. If the account stays unpaid and inactive, we delete it 90 days after that notice. We still keep any record listed below.
  • Reset links, email-check links, and sessions: We remove them after they end. A normal sign-in session lasts no more than 14 days.
  • Login and abuse-control records: We keep them for 30 days. We keep other short safety logs for no more than 90 days. We may keep them longer for an open safety case.
  • Stripe event bodies: We remove the raw body from a finished event after 30 days. We keep its ID, type, status, dates, and one-way code as part of the billing record.
  • Support tickets and support email: two years after the request is closed.
  • Billing and tax records: seven years, or longer if the law requires it.
  • Deletion proof: We keep a one-way deletion record for three years. It does not keep your email or business name.
  • Encrypted backups: We keep them on a rolling 30-day schedule. Data removed from the live database may stay in an older encrypted backup for up to 30 more days. For a raw Stripe event or a 30-day security record, that can be about 60 days from when it was first saved.

We may keep a needed record longer for an open dispute, fraud review, safety case, or legal duty. We remove that extra copy when the reason ends. We clean a restored backup before customers can use it.

Your choices

You can download your workspace data from the Account page. You can fix your business details in the app. You can ask support for help with access, changes, or privacy questions. You can delete your account after billing ends. This removes the workspace and account data, except for the small set of records listed above.

How we protect information

We encrypt web links and use secure sign-in sessions. We use access checks, limited service keys, audit records, encrypted backups, and service checks. No online service can promise perfect safety. If a serious problem affects your data, we will follow the notice rules that apply.

Where information is handled

Service use is for United States businesses. Our providers may handle data in the United States and in other places where they work. Those places may have different laws than the place where you live.

Changes to this notice

We will post the new date. We will give notice before a key change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel and delete your account.

Contact

Email privacy and support questions to support@reconking.online. We aim to reply within two business days. This is a goal, not a promise of emergency help.
